I've called on Snoqualmie Falls Plumbing twice now in the last couple of months for two different plumbing issues at our house. Todd is fantastic: super responsive, knows how to fix the problem the first time, is reasonable and transparent in his pricing, and is just a super nice guy to talk to. He fixed our leaking dishwasher today on very short notice and was recently able to fix a leaking shower valve that was causing trouble. I won't hesitate to call Todd again next time I need a plumber.

This is the third time that I have used Todd at Snoqualmie Falls Plumbing for a plumbing job in North Bend. The first time, he was the only one of three plumbers called that called me back and amazingly quickly. He efficiently fixed two leaks that were difficult and was a very pleasant person . The very next day I discovered that my hot water heater was structurally leaking and I called Todd. He came the very next morning with a new hot water heater and he replaced it in a very short time, again with efficiency. This time the leak was under the house and once again he came as scheduled and had the leak fixed in a short amount of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd, and have done so, to any of my friends who need a plumber.

I had a leak under the house with spraying water. Explained the situation and told Todd that I had to shut off the main water valve to the house. He understood the urgency and promised to come out the following day at noon. He called before coming out, and was able to come an hour earlier. He fixed the leak and had great advice about things to look for and things to try in the future should I see the problem again somewhere else. He’s an expert, very dependable and he did a great job. He’s at the top of the list for plumbers and will be recommended to all my neighbors and friends.
When you’re in a pinch and need a plumber, you might find you’re competing with other people that are in the same situation, so not all plumbers will call you back or even answer your call. Todd did. He understood the situation and he delivered. Wish more plumbers could be like Todd. He may not like the competition, but for now, in my book, he has none. Todd is fantastic to work with and I highly recommend hiring him for any of your plumbing needs. He recently worked on a bathroom remodel for us where he moved the shower drain, the toilet, moved the shower head up several inches as well as several other things. Everything was absolutely perfect.
Then, not more than two weeks after the bathroom remodel, we discovered a leak under our sink. We called Todd and then next day he was able to come out and have it fixed in no time!
Not only is Todd an excellent plumber, he's also super nice and trustworthy. The next time we need plumbing work done, Todd will be the one we call!

More than that, he's a guy you feel like you can trust to do the job and be honest with you about what needs to be done. I'm not sure why all the other reviews are "not currently recommended so I hope this one shows. I was in need of a plumber sooner than later because I had a leak, a slow drip, made worse when I touched the area. I had to shut the water off at the street because the builders plastic valve did not do its job! What to do?
After many calls, most said 2-3 weeks, Todd called me back that day. He said he could come over the next afternoon, Friday, but I was leaving town so we agreed on 7:00am Monday. He showed up bright and early, replaced the cracked brass shut off then replaced the builders plastic shut off as well as repaired the faucet to the front of the house. It took about three hours total.
I watched him work the whole time and learned a lot. He explained what he was doing as he did each step. I learned that CPVC is a quick and easy builder thing to do but not necessarily the way it should be done.
Anyway, if you need a good plumber, call Todd.

Had a leak at the water line to my water heater. Could not get a plumber to reply to fix, and having no hot water for more than that night was not an option. Todd came out the next morning, replaced both incoming water line and outgoing water line (both copper lines were corroded and had been leaking).
Best option for Snoqualmie and North Bend is Snoqualmie Falls Plumbing.

Todd was punctual for his appointment. I purchased a faucet and shower panel for him to replace it but he inspected my old faucet and shower panel and said that it can still be used by replacing some parts. Snoqualmie Falls plumbing is one of the best home service companies I ever had ever hired. I say that because they can get the job done on-time and within budget, without any hidden fees or extended hours.
The minute we notice that we have a leak, I called many companies and Todd from Snoqualmie gave me the nearest appointment within 4 days. He yet told me that the fix is an easy one, and he continued to explain that I can fix it myself. I was so happy that Todd was so honest; and I hired him to do the job, since I have no experience when it comes to plumbing.
He did not only fix the toilet seat issue in this bathroom, but he also checked other bathroom for leaks or any other issues free of charge. While conducting the fix, and he gave me many advices on how to take care of showers faucets and other plumbing related advices. I really learned a lot from him.
I will differently do other work with him in the future, and will be happy to tell friends about him.

We were in the middle of a complete bathroom remodel when we discovered we needed a plumber to move our supply lines and drains to accommodate the new shower and vanity.
